Loan Payments
You can make your First Federal loan payment through account transfer, through ACH, with a credit or debit card (fees apply), in person, or by mail.

* Loan Payoff Request/Information *
Payoff Quotes can be given to the borrower on the account in person or over the phone. To have a payoff quote given to any person other than the borrower on the account, we will need a signed statement from the borrower to release the information. The signed authorization can be faxed to 270-769- 5811. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

*Lien Releases *
To obtain a lien release within 24 hours, funds must be provided in cash, certified check, or money order. Please Note: A 24 hour notice must be received for the lien release to be processed upon receipt of the cash, certified check, or money order. Please contact FFSB at (800) 314-BANK (2265) to request the release in advance.

*Subordination Requests *
Please email SubordinationRequest@ffsbky.com to obtain our subordination requirements.

Account Transfers
Use online, mobile or telephone banking to schedule an automatic transfer from your First Federal checking or savings account to your First Federal loan account.

ACH Payments
If you do not have a checking or savings account with First Federal, please contact us to set up an automatic ACH payment to your loan accounts.

Credit or Debit Card Payments
You can also make a payment over the phone using your credit or debit card by calling (800) 314-2265 during business hours. A $23.00 convenience fee will be charged by a third-party processor for these payments.

In Person
You can make your payment in person through the teller line or night deposit at any of our branch locations. Please include your payment coupon with your payment.
