Receiving and Viewing Your Statement Online:
In order to view your deposit account statements and any related disclosures online, you will need to have access to First Federal's Online Banking and Adobe-Acrobat Reader. The Online version may be downloaded to your computer or printed. Accepting Online statements confirms your ability to receive them electronically. When you opt to receive your statements Online, we will automatically discontinue sending paper statements through the mail.
Retaining Your Statement:
If you want to cancel this service later, you do have the option to start receiving paper statements again. Simply send us an email using the "EMAIL" button on the Online banking toolbar.
Requesting a Paper Copy of your Statement:
Even if you have agreed to receive your account statements through Online Banking, you may request a paper copy of your statement by using the "EMAIL" button on the Online Banking toolbar.
Canceling Online Statements:
You agree that at any time your email address has changed that you will email us using the "EMAIL" button on the Online Banking toolbar informing us of your new email address.
