PRISM

PRISM (Proactive Fraud Risk Management) is a system we use to help protect your FFSB ATM/Debit cards from fraud. With PRISM, your card activity is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to alert you of possible fraudulent activity.

When fraud is suspected, the Card Fraud Detection Department will contact you to verify if the transactions are valid or not. If the activity is fraudulent, your card will immediately be blocked and any subsequent transactions will be declined.

If you will be traveling with your FFSB ATM/Debit card, please notify any employee so we can alert the Card Fraud Detection Department to allow approval of transactions outside our area, but still monitor your transactions for possible fraudulent activity.

Credit Cards

Wouldn't you rather have a credit card where you bank? VISA is the most commonly accepted credit card worldwide today, and First Federal is proud to have it available to you. Our card offers great rates, easy terms, and the security of cash advances. It may be used for virtually anything from shopping and traveling to unexpected purchases. To fill out an application simply contact your local banking center.
